Torre Cider Farm, Washford, Somerset
They’ve been producing cider for over 20 years at Torre Cider Farm in the Somerset countryside not far from Watchet; go and try some, have a taster of Sheep Stagger Scrumpy, Fuzzy Duck or Bees Knees, but before you do have a walk through the orchard and take the kids to see the animals who live on the farm; the dog can join you as long as he’s kept on a lead. They’ve also got a shop on site that’s packed full of locally produced food and crafts, including honey from the beehives on the farm, and a welcoming tea room for breakfast, lunch or a scrumptious cream tea. Groups can book in advance for a Tour of Torre.
